Shipping Policy
At Fortuna Faire, every order is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.
Orders valued under $1,000 are typically shipped via USPS.
Orders valued at $1,000 or more are shipped via insured FedEx 2-Day service and may require a signature upon delivery.
All shipments include insurance coverage against loss or damage while in transit. In the unlikely event that a package is lost or damaged by the carrier, Fortuna Faire will work directly with the carrier and insurance provider to resolve the claim.
Please note that Fortuna Faire is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to provide a secure delivery address and monitor tracking information closely.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Fortuna Faire, I want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions.
Returns
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
If you simply decide the item is not the right fit for you, a return may be requested subject to:
• A 20% restocking fee
• Return shipping at the buyer's expense
• The item being returned in the same condition in which it was received
Refunds are issued only after the item has been received, inspected, and verified to be in its original condition.
Any loss in value resulting from damage, odors, stains, excessive wear, missing accessories, altered condition, or other changes occurring after delivery may result in additional deductions from the refund amount. In severe cases, returns may be refused if the item is no longer in resalable condition.
Not As Described
If an item arrives significantly different from its description, or if a material condition issue was overlooked during inspection, Fortuna Faire will gladly accept the return and issue a full refund upon receipt of the item.
Exchanges
Because our inventory is carefully curated and most items are one-of-a-kind, direct exchanges are generally not available.
However, if you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item in our collection within 14 days of delivery, we are happy to accommodate this whenever possible.
Exchanges are subject to:
• A 15% restocking fee
• Return shipping costs
• Any difference in price between the original and replacement item
The returned item must be received and verified to be in its original condition before the exchange is processed.

Cancelations
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase provided the item has not yet shipped.
Because our inventory is carefully curated and most items are one-of-a-kind, purchased items are removed from sale immediately and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible.
Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the Returns & Exchanges Policy outlined above.
Cancellation requests made after the 12-hour cancellation window may be denied or subject to a 10% cancellation fee if processing, packaging, authentication documentation, or shipping preparation has already begun.
Fortuna Faire reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests once an order has entered the fulfillment process.
Authenticity Guarantee
AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
At Fortuna Faire, authenticity is our highest priority.
The vast majority of items in our collection are authenticated before purchase and are inspected and authenticated again upon arrival before being offered for sale. This multi-step process makes the possibility of an inauthentic item reaching a customer extremely unlikely.

Every item sold by Fortuna Faire is guaranteed authentic.

If a customer believes an item is not authentic, they must provide documentation from a reputable third-party authentication service indicating that the item has been determined to be inauthentic. A copy of the authentication report and receipt for the authentication service must be submitted with the claim. Opinions from friends, family members, social media groups, sales associates, or other informal sources will not be accepted as proof of inauthenticity.

Upon receipt of documentation from a recognized authentication provider, Fortuna Faire will review the findings and, if appropriate, authorize a return.
If a purchased item is determined to be inauthentic, Fortuna Faire will:

• Accept the return at no cost to the customer
• Issue a full refund of the purchase price
• Reimburse reasonable authentication fees upon receipt of documentation showing the authentication expense

To protect both our customers and our business from fraud, refunds and reimbursements will be issued only after the item has been returned, received, and verified by Fortuna Faire. Returned items must match the item originally shipped, including any accessories, authentication documentation, and identifying characteristics.

Fortuna Faire reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that have been altered, exchanged, substituted, or otherwise do not match the item originally sold.
